Georgia Disclosure Statement 

In accordance with Georgia Senate Bill 439 (SB 439), effective July 1, 2026, Senior Living Solutions provides written disclosure regarding our referral relationships and compensation practices. We believe in complete transparency and are committed to complying with all applicable Georgia laws governing senior living referral agencies.

A written disclosure detailing our compensation arrangements and referral practices will be provided to clients or their legal representatives at or before the time a referral is made.

Senior Living Solutions is an independent senior living placement and referral service dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate senior living options with confidence. Our guidance and placement services are provided at no cost to the families we serve.

Senior Living Solutions receives referral fees from certain participating senior living communities when a resident chooses to move into one of those communities. These referral fees do not increase the cost of care or the rates paid by the resident.

We work with many licensed independent living, assisted living, memory care, and personal care communities throughout Georgia; however, we do not represent every senior living community. Families are always free to choose any community, regardless of whether it participates in our referral network.

Our recommendations are based on the individual's care needs, preferences, location, budget, and community availability. We are committed to providing honest, transparent guidance to help each family make the decision that is best for their unique situation.
